This option is ideal for second-time parents or those who want comprehensive education and preparation during pregnancy, but who feel confident moving forward without doula support during the birth.

One 2-hour prenatal visit to review the birth person’s history and support team

Discussion of birth wishes and preferences

Evidence-based education on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

Guidance on comfort measures and postpartum preparation

One postpartum visit

Four weeks of postpartum phone and text support

1 postpartum visit

A welcome folder

Two 2 hour prenatal visits to go through history on the birthing person and support persons. Look at birth wishes, provide educational support with evidence based information, go through comfort measures and postpartum preparation.

Attendance at your birth

Support up to 2 hours after birth to help you get settled and with feeding your baby

1 postpartum visit with a 30 min sleep consultation included in the visit. We will go through your birth, talk about resources and get feedback.

4 weeks of postpartum text/phone support

$1595 + tax

Additionally you get 16hours of day or night support. These hours must be used within 2 months time.
