- 4 private perinatal education sessions of 2 ½ hours each (approximately 8–10 total hours total)

Topics tailored to your needs, which may include:

- The physiology of labor and birth

- Comfort measures and coping strategies

- Partner support and communication

- Birth preferences and decision‑making

- Preparing for postpartum and early parenting

- Emotional preparation for the perinatal transition

- Personalized handouts and evidence‑based resources

- Optional reflection or preparation exercises between sessions

This package offers continuous, compassionate support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare for birth and navigate the transition into parenthood.

Two in person prenatal visits (approximately 2 hours each) to:

- Explore your pregnancy and birth history

- Get to know each other while we discuss your hopes, concerns, and birth preferences

- Provide evidence-based education to support informed decision-making

- Practice comfort measures and coping techniques

- Prepare for postpartum recovery, feeding, and early parenting

On-Call & Birth Support

On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks until your baby is born

Continuous, in-person support during labor and birth

Up to 2 hours of support after birth to help you settle in and begin feeding your baby

Postpartum Support

One postpartum visit, including:

- Space to process and reflect on your birth experience

- A 30-minute sleep consultation

- Resource sharing and referrals as needed

- Four weeks of phone and text support following your birth for questions, reassurance, and guidance

A comprehensive preparation, on-call birth support, and practical postpartum assistance to help you feel supported beyond the birth itself. This package is the same as the prenatal + Birth but adding on 16 hours of postpartum support
