Choosing the right support for your birth and postpartum experience is a deeply personal decision.

Each option is designed to meet you where you are, offering thoughtful, experienced care so you feel supported, informed, and confident throughout this transition.

All birth packages include on-call availability leading up to your birth, as well as continuous, dedicated support during your labour and delivery.

The Preparation Package

Prenatal Support Only

Ideal for second (or third!) time parents who want support, reassurance, and a chance to do things a little differently this time.

Birth + Postpartum Support

Ongoing support from pregnancy through postpartum, so you never feel alone in the transition.

Everything included in the Full Birth Package
Includes a *minimum of 16 hours of daytime and/or overnight postpartum support after you return home
Feeding, sleep, and newborn guidance
Emotional and practical support during your transition
